Orion wanted a solution that would help in initiating their upskilling initiative in a short span of time and benchmark employee skills as per industry standards.
The challenge

Orion Innovation is one of the leading companies in its segment. One of their core values is providing their clients with innovative, futuristic, and viable solutions. Orion Innovation firmly believes that the way forward is to empower its employees with the relevant skills and help them shape breakthrough solutions. The Learning and Development team at Orion identified the critical skills and the training programs that the employees needed. They aimed to kickstart this process within a month and were looking for the right assessment partner. They wanted a comprehensive skills library, the latest skills assessments, and a seamless platform.

Orion Innovation team discussed their requirement with iMocha’s sales and customer success teams and were impressed by the depth of the skills library and the assessment platform. Our first step was thoroughly understanding their requirements and walking them through the ready-to-use skills library. Next, our customer success team set up the assessments for the skills required by them.

Orion set the performance categories, and we rolled out the assessments to the first batch within a week.
