The challenge

Highway 905 used to conduct telephonic interviews and then face-to-face interviews for hiring C#. NET programmers. Candidate evaluation was not a well-defined process. There were no clear measures to indicate their coding ability and technical knowledge. The process was not objective. As a result, they were unable to predict the candidate’s performance prior hiring for the C#.NET developer position. Scheduling and coordination of telephonic interviews, as well as face-to-face interviews, were also a major hassle which was time-consuming, costly and needed major efforts.
