ECS wanted a solution that would help in skill evaluation for technical roles and the selection of candidates for interviews.
The challenge

ECS’ India office was looking to hire ServiceNow Developers and Admin roles. Although they had a lot of resumes coming in, technical skill evaluation remained the bottleneck. Traditional methods of assessing did not give them the right candidates but, in fact, added to their hiring timelines. ECS’s recruiting team wanted an automated platform to help them evaluate skills and reduce the hiring timelines.

ECS started using iMocha's assessments to evaluate candidates. Their team shared the job description, and iMocha created tailor-made quality assessments for them. They simply sent the assessment links to candidates and shared the reports with their hiring managers. Candidates who scored well were called for interviews. Thus, iMocha not only helped in quantifying assessments but also in shortlisting the candidates. This way data-driven decisions could be made, and the best candidates were hired.
