Chegg has over 3 million subscribers, most of them fresh graduates looking to start their careers. While Chegg provided the best learning material, it lacked a proper skills quantification tool to provide an accurate evaluation of the candidate’s job readiness. Due to this, a lot of their candidates were unsure about their skills competency. This also created a gap between candidates and prospective employers.
Chegg partnered with iMocha to add skills assessments to their repertoire. iMocha created the necessary APIs for seamless integration with Chegg. The course content was mapped with iMocha’s skills library to provide the tests after each course.
The candidates were able to view their skills competency and areas of improvement.
