the challenges
BRAC bank wanted to expand its team and conduct a hiring drive pan Bangladesh. They wanted to hire around 600 candidates for various job roles spreading across 17 divisions.
The challenge
  • Current recruitment process was not apt for hiring at scale
  • Remote assessments pan Bangladesh were difficult due to logistical and administrative hassles

The former recruitment process was manual and not suitable for hiring at scale. The BRAC bank team wanted to switch to an automated process with deep insights into the skills proficiency.

BRAC bank interacted with iMocha’s team and were impressed with how we help organizations hire at scale using a customized microsite model. iMocha implemented the Microsite structure in two ways:

  1. Mapping our existing skills library with the job-role requirement
  1. Creating customized assessments where required
