ECS’ India office was looking to hire ServiceNow Developers and Admin roles. Although they had a lot of resumes coming in, technical skill evaluation remained the bottleneck. Traditional methods of assessing did not give them the right candidates but, in fact, added to their hiring timelines. ECS’s recruiting team wanted an automated platform to help them evaluate skills and reduce the hiring timelines.

They simply sent the assessment links to candidates and shared the reports with their hiring managers. Candidates who scored well were called for interviews.
