GOIN wanted a solution that would help to solve the challenges where they were unable to quantify candidate skills and their difficulty with Hackerrank as it was a complex tool to use leading to hiring turnaround delays.
The challenge

GOIN Technology is one of the most popular players in the IT talent solutions market. The CEO, Don Goin, started GOIN Technology after a successful career leading a technology organization spanning 20 years. The GOIN team knows exactly how a technology organization works and the kind of talent they require. GOIN Technology prides itself on providing top-notch quality talent for its clients. The team was using HackerRank to evaluate candidates and submit the profiles based on their performance. However, the recruitment team found HackerRank complex to use. They were looking for a platform that was easy to use, intuitive, and provided analytics with deep insights. With HackerRank, their recruitment team needed technical expertise to evaluate candidates and the cost per team member added up pretty quickly as the team expanded.

The company turned to iMocha to enable them to filter candidates better. They currently use iMocha’s SDET and Java assessments and filter candidates based on their performance. The top profiles are submitted to the clients along with the assessment report.

The team no longer has to depend on technical expertise and can create an efficient candidate pool for their clients as well. iMocha also provided role-based access controls that helped the team collaborate and deliver the best to their clients.
