Their recruitment team found Hackerrank complex to use. They were looking for a platform that was easy to use, intuitive, and provided analytics with deep insights. With Hackerrank, their recruitment team needed technical expertise to evaluate candidates and the cost per team member added pretty quickly as the team expanded.

The Solution

The company turned to iMocha to enable them to filter candidates better. They currently use Mocha’s SDET and Java assessments and filter candidates based on their performance. The top profiles are submitted to the clients along with the assessment report.
