Zimyo's biggest challenge was that the hiring manager had to waste time on irrelevant candidates.
Zimyo’s recruitment process consisted of screening resumes and conducting in-person interviews. Based on the interview, the offer letters were extended. However, the recruitment team realized that most of the candidates did not possess the skills listed on their resumes. This meant that the hiring manger’s time was wasted on irrelevant candidates.
They were looking for a solution to optimize their recruitment process and help them reduce time and costs.
Zimyo wanted to expand its technical team and looked at multiple assessment partners to team up. iMocha’s customer success team helped them create assessments for Node.js Developers, Frontend Developers, and Backend Developers.
Once this was done, the recruitment team sent out invites to candidates. The evaluation results clearly indicated the top performers who could be shortlisted for the interview rounds. In doing so, the company ensured that only relevant candidates proceeded further, thus saving the hiring manager's time.
