He has been instrumental in helping over 50 companies in the Banking, Telecom, and IT sectors establish skills-first organizations. With a Doctoral degree in Talent Management, Dr. Deshmukh has a strong passion for staying up-to-date with the ever-changing world of technology.
Before joining iMocha, he spent a decade leading Learning & Development and Human Resources functions in three different companies.
