Security Bank, one of the premier financial institutions of the Philippines, was looking to expand its operations by introducing a range of financial services for its clients. They were looking to hire on a bulk scale, mostly for entry-level/ fresher positions.
Security Bank relied on the traditional way of assessments - pen-paper test with candidates coming into their office for the assessment. The whole process concluded into an elaborate hiring process, wherein a lot of manual time and efforts were required. Traditional ways of assessments are not always foolproof and more often than not their Hiring Managers were spending time on interviewing unqualified candidates.
Security Bank was using Greenhouse as their ATS, however, manual assessments meant that even Greenhouse had to be updated manually. While Security Bank realized that they needed to move to an online assessment method, their recruitment team wanted a partner integrated with Greenhouse to manage the entire hiring workflow from their ATS.
After evaluating numerous options, Security Bank selected iMocha, one of the assessment partners of Greenhouse. Since the reports are generated quickly, it has become easier for the recruitment team to phase out the candidates for the next stage based on their performance. iMocha and Greenhouse Partnership
iMocha’s integration with Greenhouse allowed Security Bank to send assessment invites and view reports from either of the platforms. In April 2018, iMocha and Greenhouse formed a formidable partnership to deliver iMocha’s assessments through Greenhouse’s Applicant Tracking System to streamline the recruitment process for recruiters and hiring managers.
