The Persuasion skills test helps recruiters to assess a candidate’s knowledge on the principles of persuasion (such as Cialdini’s principles of persuasion i.e., reciprocity, scarcity, authority, commitment and consistency, liking and consensus) and the level of understanding that they have for these principles.
This test helps recruiters to evaluate a candidate’s skills in the area of influence and how well they incorporate said skills into persuasion of a consumer.
