Capgemini wanted to hire fresh graduates from leading universities for technical roles. One of the problems was that they did not have a large recruitment team that could reach out to these universities across the USA to participate in career fairs and interact with the students. This hampered their recruitment roadmap. However, more important was the lack of technical resources to evaluate candidates who applied for this role.
During one of the weekly calls with Capgemini, our customer success team delved deeper into their University Hiring strategy. They discovered iMocha could help them a great deal not only via assessments but by connecting them with our partner Chegg - one of the largest educational e-portals in the USA. Chegg has millions of STEM students on their platform who are perfect prospects for Capgemini’s graduate roles, along with that Chegg has partnerships with leading universities all over the US.
Chegg helped Capgemini create its presence at thousands of universities in the USA where the students could interact with the brand and explore job opportunities. Also, Chegg ran a campaign on their platform advertising Capgemini’s current opportunities which attracted students to apply for these roles. The students were sent iMocha assessments and shortlisted based on their performance.
Capgemini managed to reach out to a wider candidate pool, create brand awareness in universities, and shortlist the best fresh talents using iMocha and Chegg partnership.
