JLL was looking to hire for the positions of Front-end engineer and Data engineer. It wanted to do away with the hassle of the pen-and-paper process of hiring.
Due to JLL’s traditional pen-and-paper assessments/online documents, which involved manual evaluation, the hiring process was lengthy and sometimes led to losing top candidates to competition.
