Currently, Aditya is focused on building a comprehensive Skills Intelligence Platform that goes beyond checkboxes. It uses a deep four-level skills taxonomy to help organizations map capabilities, recommend career paths, and make internal mobility practical and impactful rather than just a buzzword.
