I have always believed that technology should make work more meaningful, not just more efficient. That belief has shaped my journey as an AI Product Manager, where I have spent the last few years building tools that transform how companies discover, grow, and empower talent.
One of the most fulfilling challenges I have worked on is designing AI Skills Matching. It is a system that reads between the lines of a resume to uncover a candidate’s true potential. Using NLP and similarity models, we made hiring less biased and far more precise.
Right now, I am focused on building a Skills Intelligence Platform that goes beyond checkboxes. It uses a deep four level skills taxonomy to help organizations map capabilities, recommend career paths, and make internal mobility real, not just a buzzword.
The goal across everything I build is simple. To help organizations understand their people better and to give individuals the visibility and opportunity they deserve.
