iMocha leverages Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool for proctoring purposes during assessments. AI is used to monitor test sessions and flag potential irregularities or violations of assessment rules based on predefined criteria. AI systems do not evaluate, score, or grade candidate responses.

AI-generated proctoring flags are subject to human review where required to ensure accuracy, fairness, and context. We do not use artificial intelligence (AI) systems to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals without meaningful human involvement.

Any data processed through AI-enabled proctoring is handled in accordance with the Platform’s Privacy Policy and is used strictly for maintaining assessment integrity. The Platform does not use AI for unrelated profiling or automated decision-making producing legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate oversight. Users are advised not to submit confidential or sensitive personal information beyond what is required for the assessment process.
